This year, we doubled down on our mission to elevate lives through opportunity, support, and community. Whether through new programs, standout team members, or giving back, 2025 was filled with purpose and impact.

We kicked off the year strong, and the accolades kept coming.
TeamWRX Dallas-Fort Worth was named a Top 2 Temp Agency in Dallas by BusinessRate for the second consecutive year. Not to be outdone, TeamWRX Atlanta was recognized as a Top 3 Temp Agency in Atlanta, reinforcing our consistent delivery of quality, reliability, and service across markets.
Thanksgiving Giving Back: Service in Every City
Our culture of giving showed up in full force this November. From our Atlanta team serving Thanksgiving lunch to students at Thrive Academy Atlanta, to Dallas-Fort Worth catering a Thanksgiving meal at Evolve, a transitional living facility for families, and our Savannah branch collecting food for the Salvation Army’s Thanksgiving drive — every act of kindness reminded us of the power of showing up.
Rising Stars: Yeimy Acevedo and Our MVP Program
One of our most inspiring stories this year was our MVP Spotlight on Yeimy Acevedo, who joined our Ship8 team and quickly became a standout performer. Her leadership, dedication, and impact earned her MVP recognition and showed what’s possible when opportunity meets work ethic.
Through our MVP Program, we continued to spotlight top team members across all markets, recognizing those who go above and beyond. These moments weren’t just celebrations. They were reflections of the culture we’re building every day.
Empowering Through Education: All-Star Career Camp
In 2025, we launched our All-Star Career Camp across Atlanta, Savannah, and Dallas-Fort Worth. These free, community-wide events provided job seekers with hands-on resume support, interview prep, and professional development. Whether they currently work with TeamWRX or not, our doors were open to help anyone grow.
Coming Together to Celebrate: End of Year Meeting & Holiday Fun
This December, we closed out the year with our End of Year Meeting, where teams came together to reflect, plan, and recognize the impact we’ve had. Each branch held holiday parties, full of laughter, celebration, and team spirit. From awards to inside jokes, this tradition reminds us why people are at the center of everything we do.
During our End of Year Meeting, we also proudly announced our Most Valuable Player of 2025 — the most influential and celebrated member of our internal team across the company. This year, that honor went to "Coach" Adrienne Shuler, Light Industrial Divisional Manager for our Metro Atlanta regional team. Adrienne's dedication, mentorship, and outstanding leadership continue to shape the success and growth of our teams.
