Our Founders

TeamWRX was founded in 2017 by brothers Justin and Evans Rainer with a simple but powerful vision: staffing should be more than filling positions—it should be about building lasting relationships that change lives. Together, they’ve grown TeamWRX into an award-winning, people-centric staffing partner that supports businesses and communities across the country.
