Joseph “Joe” Mattox, Branch Manager, Savannah
Joe started his journey with TeamWRX in 2022 as a Recruiter in Savannah, back when the office was just getting its start. From the beginning, Joe showed initiative, leadership, and a steady hand. As the Savannah office grew, so did Joe’s responsibilities. He quickly moved into managing some of the region’s largest client accounts and proved himself time and again. When it came time to name a new Branch Manager, the choice was clear. Joe stepped into the role seamlessly and continues to grow the Savannah branch into one of TeamWRX’s top-performing locations.
Gabriel Jones, Director of Marketing
Gabriel’s story shows how far curiosity and a willingness to learn can go at TeamWRX. He joined the company in college as a social media intern, helping with basic posts and campaign support. Over time, Gabriel dove into strategy, branding, and performance metrics, eventually becoming the creative force behind all of TeamWRX’s marketing efforts. Today, as Director of Marketing, Gabriel leads the team responsible for every visual, written, and strategic piece of content you see from us. His story is a testament to the career-building culture within our walls.

Valerie M., Dallas-Fort Worth
Valerie was assigned to a TeamWRX client site in Dallas-Fort Worth, where she made an immediate impact. “If I can give them 10 stars I would. [They were] very helpful, patient, [and] will work with you with any situation. They are open-minded. Don’t be shy to ask questions… If they have a job available no matter the time, they’ll let you know—even the day of. They’re very respectful and make sure you understand every step. You can always text them or leave a message or email if you have a question. They let you know about the job in detail—if it’s harder, if you’re going to get dirty or not. They’re very honest. They’re like family—professional family!”
