Tatiana Cabrera: From Candidate to Account Manager
Tatiana Cabrera’s story is the definition of potential realized. She walked into our Savannah office seeking a role in logistics. Professionally dressed and resume in hand, she immediately stood out to Branch Manager Joe Mattox. It just so happened we were hiring a bilingual recruiter. After a brief conversation, Joe interviewed her on the spot.

Tatiana joined the team that day as a Regional Recruiter for Coastal Georgia. She immediately began assisting with recruiting and support for Ship8, one of our major accounts. Her consistent initiative and relationship-building didn’t go unnoticed. When the Account Manager position opened, Tatiana was the clear choice.
Today, Tatiana manages Ship8 with excellence. Her bilingual skills, reliability, and empathetic leadership have earned her the trust of both our client and our workforce. From distributing Gatorade on hot days to recognizing associates on special occasions, Tatiana leads with both professionalism and heart.
Jabari Courtney: Leading with Creativity and Hustle
In our Atlanta-based Marketing Department, another example of internal growth is unfolding. Jabari Courtney joined TeamWRX as a Social Media Content Creator during a critical time of rebuilding. Tasked with boosting our TikTok and Instagram Reels, Jabari jumped right in.
Only a few weeks into his role, a key position opened, and Jabari stepped up. He took on the challenge of managing all social channels and overseeing content strategy as Social Media Manager.
"Jabari is reliable, steadfast, and one of the best creators I’ve worked with," said Gabriel Jones, Director of Marketing. "He brings comedy, showmanship, and design excellence to an industry not known for flash. He’s a hard worker who’s always learning."
Jabari's rapid growth comes from his creativity, work ethic, and ability to understand the TeamWRX brand on a deeper level. From graphics to writing, TikTok storytelling to scheduling strategy, he does it all.
